Return and Cancellation Policy

At Namyaa, we are committed to delivering high-quality personal care products that meet strict safety and hygiene standards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

However, customer satisfaction remains our priority, and we make exceptions in specific cases as outlined below.


Return Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product, or

  • You receive a wrong/incorrect product

No other reasons (including change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after use) will be considered for returns.


How to Raise a Return Request

To ensure quick resolution, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@namyaa.in within 24-48 hours of delivery

  • Mention your Order ID in the subject line

  • Attach clear images/videos showing:

    • The damaged/incorrect product

    • Outer packaging and label

  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 working hours

Note: Requests raised after 24-48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.


Return Approval & Quality Check

  • Once your request is approved, our team will guide you on the next steps (reverse pickup or self-ship, if applicable)

  • All returned products will undergo a quality inspection

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

Namyaa reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the required conditions.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for approved cases (damaged or incorrect products)

  • Once verified, the refund will be processed via the original mode of payment

  • Refund timeline: 7–10 working days from approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our end


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before the order has been shipped

  • To cancel, contact our support team via call or email with your Order ID

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted


Important Notes

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned

  • Namyaa is not responsible for damages caused due to improper handling after delivery

  • In case of disputes, the decision of Namyaa’s quality check team will be final
