At Namyaa, we follow a strict quality-first approach for all our personal care products. As part of our hygiene and safety standards, refunds are processed only in specific, verified cases.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be initiated only if:

  • You have received a damaged product, or

  • You have received a wrong/incorrect product

All refund requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images/videos). Requests beyond this timeframe will not be considered.


Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, the product may be subject to a quality check

  • After successful verification, the refund will be initiated

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method used during purchase


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval

  • The exact credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Product is used, opened, or not in original condition

  • Request is raised after 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Return request is rejected after quality inspection

  • Incorrect or insufficient proof of damage/wrong product is provided

  • Orders cancelled after shipment


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Namyaa (damaged or incorrect product delivered)


Important Note

Namyaa reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on internal quality checks and validation. In case of any dispute, the decision of our team will be considered final.
