Shipping & Returns FAQs

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking you save an extra 7% when you pay via UPI.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

As these are personal care and intimate hygiene products, refunds or replacements are issued only if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item email us at info@namyaa.in with your order number and a photo within 3 days of delivery.
