Can You Naturally Increase Breast Size with Exercise?

Bench press the next best exercise to push-ups. It increases the size of the pecs and pulls up the skin and fat tissue around it. This can give a lift to you breasts and it is easy to do.

Steps
  • Lie down on the bench with your legs on the ground and face straight up
  • Align your back to the bench and leave a healthy curve at the lower back
  • Hold the weight with both hands slight spread away from the shoulders
  • Lift it off the holding rack and bring it to your chin level
  • Raise the weight as high as possible right towards the ceiling
  • Repeat the lifting for 5-10 reps and do this for at least 2 sets

Elbow plank and reach

Everybody can do a plank but can you give someone a stretch thumbs-up while holding the position. Well, doing so will pull your chest muscle upwards and perk up your tees. All it needs is a ground.

Steps
  • Put your elbows on the ground, stretch your legs and balance on your toes for the plank position
  • Now with one hand balancing you stretch forward and reach out with your other arm and lift it up to your shoulder for thumbs-up
  • Get back to balancing on both hands then repeat with the other arm.
  • Do so for 5-8 times with each arm

Alternate dumbbell bench-presses

While bench press can pull your pectoral muscles inwards and strengthen them, the alternate dumbbell bench press will pull it further back to stretch it and then pull it inward more to make it bigger.

Steps
  • Get into the bench press position and hold individual dumbbells in each hand instead of a barbell.
  • Keep the dumbbells held above towards the ceiling at a 45° angle
  • Then bring down each dumbbell individually and let your elbow go as far back as it can
  • Repeat 5-10 times on each arm

Push-Ups

There is not one kind of push up. You will surprise how versatile a push up can be in strengthening your entire upper body including your back. It can pull up and pump the entire chest muscle to pump and perk up the breasts.

Steps
  • Keep your palms on the ground parallel to your shoulders and get into the lifted plank position
  • Make sure you balance you toes slightly away from each other, if you have trouble pushing up, balance yourself on the knees to begin
  • Take your torso down to the ground keeping only an inch of distance between you and the floor
  • Push down on the floor and lift yourself up
  • Repeat this for at least 6 times and increase the count as you gain strength
  • Now you can do a variation of it by bringing your hands together, and placing them right under your cleavage and push-up, this will increase the pump between your breast and define your cleavage

The cobra pose or Bhujangasana

The bhujangasan or cobra pose is a pose of the yoga where you stretch your entire torso upwards. It sends a pumping stretch down your pectoral muscles and lifts them up wards.

Steps
  • Lie down on the ground while you keep your arms in the push up position
  • Then without lifting your lowers body lift your torso and bend upwards to the ceiling while exhaling
  • Try to bend your back towards your feet
  • Take the action slow, hold for 3 seconds and come back down to touch your nose to the floor.
  • Lift your torso back up and bend backwards as much as you can
  • Repeat for 10 time with deep inhale and forced exhale
